1. Who We Are

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the website or by email to registered customers. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable French VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to cancel.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment processors. MadeInstyle does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

7. Statutory Legal Guarantees

Legal Guarantee of Conformity. Under Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract. The consumer benefits from a legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery of the goods. If the goods are non-conforming, the consumer may choose between repair and replacement of the goods. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, the consumer may obtain a reduction in price or terminate the contract and obtain a refund. This guarantee applies at no additional cost to the consumer.

Legal Guarantee Against Hidden Defects. Under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the seller is liable for hidden defects in the item sold that render it unfit for its intended use, or that so impair its use that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had they known of the defect. The consumer may choose between rescinding the sale and obtaining a refund, or keeping the item and obtaining a partial refund of the price.

These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty or after-sales service offered by MadeInstyle and cannot be excluded or limited.

8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers purchasing at a distance have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to justify their decision. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on  — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of MadeInstyle or its content suppliers and is protected by French and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by French law, MadeInstyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under French law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from purchases made on shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
