Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by emailing info@madeInstyle.my with the subject line “Withdrawal –.”
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility in the case of a statutory withdrawal, unless the item is defective or does not match its description.
Return Window and Conditions
Beyond the statutory withdrawal right, MadeInstyle accepts returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components may not be accepted. MadeInstyle reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

Include the place and date of purchase, proof of purchase, photos of the product, and the reason for your return.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not ship the item back to the original sender address.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund instruction within 1–2 business days. In accordance with Article L. 221-24 of the French Consumer Code, refunds for statutory withdrawals are issued no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 8 business days to post the refund to your account. You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.

Exchanges
MadeInstyle does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a return at our cost and issue a full refund or replacement, at your choice. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity described in our Terms of Service.
